What credit crunch? Coleen Rooney enlists an assistant to help her carry her bags after shopping spree
Fulfilling one of the primary expectations of any WAG, the 22-year-old newlywed blew thousands of pounds during a shopping spree at her favourite Liverpool boutique Cricket.
Coleen, who is considered a style icon to many women, looked ready for the autumn in grey skinny jeans, a shaggy black cardigan and knee-high boots.
The presenter of ITV2 show Real Women balanced her shopping bags with an oversized leather Chanel handbag.
As the country feels the increasing pressure of the credit crunch, the financial turmoil obviously isn't getting to Coleen.
She spent thousands of pounds at the store, which includes collections by expensive designers Chloe, Roland Mouret, Missoni, Lanvin, Balenciaga and Roberto Cavalli.
The store is known for its signature animal print bags and is regularly frequented by local Liverpudlian celebrities including Jennifer Ellison, Alex Curran, Abbey Clancy and Danielle Lloyd.
After a six-year courtship, Coleen finally married Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney in Portofino, Italy in June.
Coleen will have do even more shopping later this month - Wayne turned 23 on October 24th.
Despite initial reports Coleen was going to keep her maiden name of McLoughlin, she recently revealed she was now called Mrs Rooney.
She said: 'I know, it was quite hard. At first I was deciding whether to keep it or not, and then in the end I just thought it's so nice to change, and it's nice for Wayne as well, but now I'm so glad I have.'
Despite Wayne's assertion he wanted four children, Coleen is adamant motherhood will have to wait.
She said: 'Not just yet. I'd like a family in the future but I'm not sure when it will happen.'
